Name of the tender: Galvarino Lomas Coloradas School Standardization - Civil Works
Description: The project contemplates the execution of all the works and up to the municipal reception of the same; those that are considered enclosures, in reinforced concrete walls, "CLT" structure that correspondsof a solid cross-laminated wood structure, with a roof structure with reinforced concrete slabs and laminated wood beams. All the materials used will be of the highest quality, as specified, using qualified labor, and in accordance with the standards and rules of good construction. The project consults the electricity and lighting installations, drinking water, sewerage, rainwater, climate, calculation, energy efficiency, acoustics, gas, landscaping, indicated in the description of the professionals. The project considers all those spaces and equipamiall required for proper functioning. The contractor in charge of the execution of the construction works may not modify, in any of its parts, this technical background, unless expressly indicated by the Technical Unit in agreement with the principal, which must be indicated in the LibWork group in accordance with the mechanisms and procedures established for this.
