These bidding bases are formulated to establish the regulation of the process of acquiring "non -invasive mechanical ventilation supplies for the La Florida hospital", and regulates among other aspects the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the bidding process, theirform of evaluation and adjudication, the conditions of the contracts, and all the aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process. It should be borne in mind that all supplies supplied must be new and unused, all of the above must adjust to the specifications of these bases. Theamounts of the products requested in this tender are referential and estimated, therefore, they can decrease or increase according to the needs, contingency, stocks and financial resources of the La Florida hospital. The provider may not offer different supplies than theEstablished in these bidding bases or accessories or extras not contemplated in the technical requirements, all the extra offered, will not be considered in the evaluation.
