Products or services: Construction of civil works The project consists of the construction of 7 homes in the Own Site Construction modality, from the Housing Choice Solidarity Fund D.S.NO49, according to projects approved by SERVIU, respecting the respective building permits, as well as the complementary works defined in the budgets according to the type of housing. In this project, a land authorization subsidy will be applied to each home, which considers movement of earth, demolition, testing, retaining walls, F60 walls, etc., among others; specialty projects for drinking water, sewage, electricity and gas, all detailed in the complementary budgets.
