Description:
The Magallanes Health Service requires the hiring of the Food Administration Service to guarantee the delivery of the food benefit to the officials of the Magallanes Health Service, SAMU and Mental Health, in the city of Punta Arenas and the Community Hospital Cristina Calderon de Puerto Williams. The previous one is part of article 36 of Law No. 20,799, which expressly indicates: "Health establishments dependent on health services may provide and finance food to plant officials and hire that They perform in them, including plant officials and hired from the Directorate of Health Services already mentioned, in accordance with what the Regulation establishes "; in addition, in accordance with the provisions of opinion No. 092445N15 dated 20.11.2015 issued by the Comptroller General of The Republic indicated in article 36 of Law No. 20,799 governs for those hired to fees, if so dictated by its contract.
