Description:
The Nuble Health Service requires signing supply agreements for medical supplies, necessary for its management and that of the establishments of its health network, in order to be able to fulfill with the care demand that have been legally entrusted to them, according to requesspecified in administrative and technical bases of this tender. Medical supplies must be dispatched within a maximum period of 5 business days from the date of shipping and acceptance of the purchase order. The contracts signed will be valid for 24 months.Public Bidding Process shall be governed by those provided in Law No. 19,886 and its rule approved by Supreme Decree No. 661 of 2024 of the Ministry of Finance and its Posttery-RES Modifications, Law 21.634 of 2023, which modernizes Law 19,886 of public purchases, the provisions of those presentAdministrative bases and annexes, the answers and clarifications that pro-cated, and the modifications made by the respective resolution.
