- Products or services: Temporary labor The Hospital requires contracting the Preventive Maintenance services of the Linear Accelerator Equipment of the “in Situ” Radiotherapy Unit, at least with one specialist, in Hospital facilities located in Avenida Los Flamencos NO 01364, Commune of Punta Arenas for the period of 12 months, it should be considered that the radiotherapy unit of the Clinical Hospital has among its considerations the renewal of the existing equipment given that its useful life is coming to an end, which is why this agreement would present an early term before the eventual purchase of the new Linear Accelerator. The service must cover all hardware, software and critical supplies for the correct functioning of the linear accelerator and its associated quality control systems, including the professional services necessary to maintain the system in optimal operating conditions, which includes, at least: • Execution of preventive maintenance scheduled. • Corrective maintenance attention without limitation of events. • Replacement of original spare parts or equivalent certified by the manufacturer. • System parameterization, configuration and adjustments. • Permanent quality control of the equipment. • Specialized technical support. Likewise, it must include all software updates, improvements and upgrades that the manufacturer develops during the term of the contract, and must be maintained...
