These Bases Norman the process of the public proposal carried out by the Municipality of Vina del Mar, for the hiring and execution of the work called repair and minor intervention works in Palacio Carrasco.Dicas works consist of the repair and partial replacement of the roof Zinc (non -original) and repair of the Marcandon skirt cover (original brass); as well as the replacement of the elements of the rainy evacuation system, comprising the total channels and a percentage of complementary elements, also, the waterproofing of balconies; Finally, the withdrawal of all interior coatings in advanced deterioration is contemplated. It should be borne in mind that the Carrasco Palace is a property protected by the Law of National Monuments NO17288, in the category of Historical Monument, through Decree NO791. All this Indicated in detail in sheets L01, L02, L03 and L04 of "critical lifting and intervention plants".
