Description: The purpose of this tender is to have a maintenance service for pumping systems, which together with maintenance and spare parts management strategies hope to maintain optimal operating conditions for assets identified as Chilled water pumps from the air conditioning center, drinking water pumps, heating pumps, sanitary hot water pumps, line recirculatory pumps; Such a way to guarantee the availability of defined point of operation teams, in addition to ensuring the opportunity in the execution of certifications, thus maintaining control over elements of assets components of the air conditioning system satisfying comfort standards and current regulatory requirements or protocols, Counting contingency plans before the eventuality of an emergency, telling for this purpose with the necessary and trained human resource.
