Municipality of Hualqui through the Health Directorate requires the acquisition of drugs for the Pharmacy Fund Program, Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases, is a Strategy of the Ministry of Health that has As a purpose to reduce the incidence of events such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol and high triglycerides by means of control, through comprehensive, continuous and quality care within the framework of integrated health services networks in APS, improve quality and results of the attentions through the incorporation and implementation of elements of the drug model and strengthen the control of risk factors and monitoring those people who have had a symptomatic event, incorporate the family as a protector and enhancer of change of behaviors in the approach of risks. With the aim of improving the detention, diagnosis of these chronic noncommunicable diseases.
