Description: The purpose of the tender is to have supply contracts for the acquisition of "MEDICATION MESALAZINA MULTIPLE PRESENTATIONS AND LINAGLIPTINA HCM 2024-2025", which allow the timely supply of thes products necessary for the care of Hospital users for the years 2024 - 2025, in the circumstances that these products were not provided by the National Supply Center for Health Services, nor are they available in electronic catalogs of the Framework Agreement orin the Coordinated and/or Joint Purchases of the Ministry of Health, or its acquisition is disadvantageous with respect to the result of this tender, the most advantageous conditions of which will be informed at the corresponding opportunity to the Purchasing Directorate, in accordance with the provisions ofarticle 15 of the D.S. No. 250, of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance. The aforementioned supply contract will be made effective whenever necessary, through the issuance of purchase orders sent to the awarded supplier through the platform www.mercadopublico.cl. Without prejudice dd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28and the above, throughout the period of validity of the contract, the products will be requested at the time of the month that the Hospital deems appropriate, with the awarded bidder committing to disseminate this purchase modality to all instances that participate in its process...
