These bases regulate the public proposal process carried out by the Municipality of Vina del Mar, for the contracting and execution of the work called "MASSIVE REPLACEMENT OF LED LIGHTS, IN THE MAIN STREETS OF FOREST LOW, VINA DEL MAR" CODE 5109240701-C. The work consists of the replacement and increase of the current public lighting system, which maintains, mainly, sodium luminaires (yellow light), for a total of 735 new LED type luminaires, or other superior and efficient technology. 234 of them have been tested with a power of between 84 and 120w. (injected aluminum, CLASS 1 insulation), 491 between 53 to 80w. (injected aluminum, CLASS 1 insulation), and 10 ornamental lanterns between 53 to 80w. (polyamide materiality, CLASS 2 insulation). As well as all the technical equipment and/or constructive, necessary in Public Lighting Projects. These improvements are contemplated within the PMB Neighborhood Improvement Program, of the Undersecretary of Regional and Administrative Development SUBDERE, energization line in conjunction with the Municipality of Care of Vina del Mar.
