These interventions are fundamental to guarantee the safety, operability and efficiency of Hospital services, since the facilities, due to constant use, the age of its components, exposure to environmental factors, structural wear and evolution of welfare requirements, present progressive deterioration and need periodic adjustments. In this Context, it is imperative to carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance actions that allow mitigating the deterioration of hospital infrastructure, avoiding interruptions in the provision of health services.
