Description:
In accordance with the Public Purchases Law 19,886 and its modifications, and, Decree 661 that sets its regulations, the local Chiloe Public Education Service, calls for public tender for natural or legal persons, companies or suppliers of the item, or temporary unit of suppliers, to hire the"Supply of minor services for maintenance and extinguishers of the educational establishments of the Local Public Education Service of Chiloe", with the aim of satisfying their demand efficiently and effectively, this action is fundamental and indispensable, since it benefitsdirectly to students and teaching staff of the Slep Chiloe community. It is crucial to guarantee the safety of members of the educational community, as well as to comply with the legal regulations on fire protection. Administrative and technical bases establishthe conditions that will govern the bidding process and the subsequent contract that is held, to comply with this objective.
