Name of the tender : Maintenance and Improvement of Vertical Transportation Systems in Real Estate of the Municipality of Las Condes
Description : The objective of this tender process is to provide the Municipality of Las Condes, for a period of 36 months, the service maintenance, improvement1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997maintenance, repair and emergencies of vertical transport systems, escalators and forklifts in municipal buildings, in order to preserve their normal operation, protect and prolong the useful life of the equipment and accessories of existing facilities. These bases detailn background to size the service object of this tender, so that the proponents can define their best offer and the efforts that must be considered in the provision of the services in case they are awarded. The estimated value of the contract will be UTM 3,000 VAT included , the CUal will be distributed as follows:- For the maintenance service, including the change of cables and traction pulley and UPS, the estimated value will be UTM 2,400.- VAT included; - For improvements, repairs and emergencies through work order, the Municipality ofDuring the term of the contract, the sum of UTM 600.- VAT included.
