Carry out two annual maintenances for the fire detection and extinction system, hereinafter SDEI. Carry out two annual maintenances for the uninterruptible power supply system, hereinafter UPS. Carry out the review and repair management of the equipment, including the change of components with the respective brands. Issue detailed reports and recommendations derived from the maintenance carried out.
