Name of the tender: maintenance Air conditioning systems
Description: The objective of this tender process is to provide the municipality of Las Condes, for a period of 48 months, the service of maintenance, repairs and emergencies, of the air conditioning, heating, ventilation systems , Sanitary hot water, centralized control, saunas and water treatments, in municipal properties. This service aims to the permanent and optimal functioning of the referred systems, as well as also protect and prolong the useful life of equipment and facilities, which is described in the present bases. The maintenance service of air conditioning systems, heating , Sanitary hot water, centralized control, ventilation, saunas and water treatment, must be performed at 48 municipal buildings, which are specified in technical bases. The contractor should consider in the cost of maintenance, an increase of up to 25% of the thermal power installed for air conditioning equipment and units.
