Description: The Internal Revenue Service requires contracting the services and implementation of a geospatial information analytical platform that allows managing information, methods and graphic, spatial toolsand statistics, in order to provide geographic information services to the business areas of the SII, in order to achieve their objectives. This platform must allow the automation of image analysis processes and geolocated territorial information (which is made up of the perceptionremote option, analysis of temporal variability, detection of territorial anomalies, among others), in order to identify areas with a higher probability of cadastral outdated, generation of reports or visualizations of the temporal evolution of the territory and its cadastral elements.strales, to finally establish a hypothesis and consequently the generation of the pertinent control plans.
