- Products or services: Event production 1.Generalities The National Cultural Heritage Service, in order to expand its services in terms of inclusion, will tender services for the design and execution of activities that aim to promote the access to culture, reading and the arts in general in juvenile justice centers, for young people deprived of liberty, in addition to promoting the use of the libraries already implemented in these centers throughout the country. Specifically required: A. Literary contest for young people deprived of liberty The design and execution of a literary contest is requested for young people deprived of liberty of all Juvenile Justice centers in a closed regime, administered by the National Service of Youth Reintegration. In this way, the writing of creative texts that help the reintegration process will be encouraged.
