These bidding bases are formulated to establish the regulation of the public bidding process "Liquid oxygen service for the Florida Hospital" and regulates among other aspects the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the bidding process, its formof evaluation and adjudication, the conditions of the contract and all the necessary aspects for the correct acquisition process.
