Name of the tender:Lic 01-24 Transportation Service for Dialysis Users of Caplc
Description: It is required to hire the transportation service for dialysis users. The provider must provide transfer services for dialysis patients belonging to the Padr Assistance Complex.e the Houses, inside and outside the commune (urban and rural), which must include a VAN type van with capacity for 12 passengers. The service will be contracted for a period of 24 months, from the business day following the award resolution or resolution that approves the contract, fullyprocessed, extendable for up to 12 more months as long as the considerations indicated in point 3.1 are met. The services to be contracted are associated with the operating hours of the CAPLC Dialysis Service, in order to ensure timely attendance of users during the time blocks.s defined, to optimize the use of the service. Availability is required to provide services from Monday to Saturday, including holidays and holidays. In exceptional cases, a calendar modification will be generated associated with essential holidays such as Christmas or New Year, which maythe service is required on Sundays inclusive
