Description: The SII requires hiring a study of geostatistics methodologies, to be applied to unitary terrain values, according to the specifications indicated in the technical bases of this tender. The study in question, must contain: • Assessment of the application of geostatistics methodologies in the estimation of trade unit values of land, in real estate belonging to the second non-agricultural series. • Define the most effective geostatistics method in the estimate of said Values, from the samples of commercial values of land that IBS has had available for the price study of non-agricultural real estate of 2018, and calculating commercial fields of land for each homogeneous area considered in the study. • Comparison of the results obtained with the field unit values by homogeneous areas defined in the aforementioned reavorated.Aditionally the study must develop each of the requirements established in the technical bases
