Description:
The purpose of this tender aims to hire a natural or legal person, to deliver benefits of kinesiology and/or rehabilitation with a fixed copayment for the user, for a period of 12 months, ensuring access to health, for the residents of the vitacura commune that have aPublic or Private Health System (Fonasa B, C O D O ISAPRE), and that have a socio -economic rating in the Social Household Registry (RSH), belonging to 90% of lower income, which are in a state of manifest need and/or neighbors who are 60 years old or morethat are in a state of manifest necessity. And additionally they have my valid vita card. Finally, those people who have a National Registry of Disability (RND) who are in a state of manifestation will also be considered.Health Provider (Office) must be found in agreement with the aforementioned health forecasts (Fonasa and Isapre), as indicated in the technical bases. The benefits subject to this tender are directed to residents of the vitacura commune that are in one ofthe conditions indicated in the previous paragraph.
