The main objective of this Plan is to establish lines of action for the urban, social and economic renewal of the Italia Neighborhood of the commune of Nunoa, through the development of a Sectional Plan and its respective Strategic Environmental Assessment. that allows establishing a renewal policy for the study area and serves as a basis for establishing a Remodeling Zone article 72 LGUC and articles 2.1.15 and 2.1.39 OGUC, the Detail Plans article 28 ter LGUC through which the design and characteristics of the spaces are accurately established. public; the building grouping system and the architectural characteristics of the projects, through the incorporation of the principles proposed by the National Urban Development Policy: Social integration, Economic development, Environmental balance, Institutionality and governance, with special emphasis on Identity and heritage.
