- The requirement responds to the need to have a service that allows to coordinate and implement educational activities aimed at children in school age, in order to reduce gaps and gender barriers present in the educational and patrimonial field. The absence of Female referents in the historical stories taught in educational establishments contributes to strengthening sexist stereotypes, limiting the construction of full and diverse citizenship. This invisibility constitutes a relevant gender gap, while reflecting barriers symbolic and structural that perpetuate inequality between men and women. Through this project, it seeks to generate concrete actions that promote the recognition of the role of women in prehistory, promote critical thinking about gender stereotypes, and contribute to forming New generations with a more just, equitable and inclusive vision of cultural heritage. The hiring will allow the technical and human resources necessary for the development of workshops, the creation of didactic materials, the training of the personnel and the publication of content, thus guaranteeing compliance with the objectives set and the expected territorial impact in the three provinces of the Nuble region
