Description:
The purpose of the purpose of ensuring the constant and adequate availability of essential tools for dental practice, thus guaranteeing the quality and continuity of primary oral health care. This procedure allows to optimize financial and administrative resources by obtaining better conditions of price, quality and delivery time through a public bidding process, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Purchasing Law Law 19,886. In addition, it facilitates the efficient planning and management of the necessary supplies, ensuring compliance with the Standards of care defined by the Ministry of Health, and contributes to the improvement of the oral health of the population attended, aligning with the national health objectives. Express is allowed to record that the bidders must offer all required products. The breach of This provision will empower the municipality to declare inadmissible to said offers.
