Products or services: Construction of civil works The project consists of improving green areas and public spaces within the commune of Chanco. Specifically, these improvements intervene in 2 different locations: Abdón Fuentealba street and San Ambrosio street. The area to be intervened covers a total area of 756 m2, fundamentally generating an ordering and better arrangement of spaces, with accessibility and road safety for pedestrians as the main design matrix. In terms specific consists of: creation of a bay for school vans, replacement and creation of new pavements, provision of urban equipment (benches, flower pots, segregators and tree pits, ornamental vegetation, road safety equipment. The budget reference amounts to a total amount of $185,306,000, (one hundred eighty-five million three hundred six thousand pesos), tax included. Bidders must apply for a higher amount, the amount offered must be less than 3,000 UTM as of January 2025 ( $202,286,000), if you bid for a greater amount, your proposal will be declared inadmissible.-
