Description: These special administrative bases establish the conditions, procedures and terms that will regulate the Public Tender called "MADRE SELVA STAIRCASE IMPROVEMENT". The purpose of this tender isin contracting the execution of the works that materialize the designs of architecture, structure and electrical specialties, which the municipality has for the public space for pedestrian traffic, which connects the Camino El Alto and Camino El Cajon roads, in the El Arrayan sector, metd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28or as "Madre Selva Staircase", in the neighborhood unit b-11. This land corresponds to a National Asset for Public Use (BNUP), and includes an intervention surface of approximately 471.2 m2. The intervention is in public space, with pedestrian traffic, and seeks to improve accessibility conditions.ad, pedestrian traffic, security and improvement of the immediate environment of the intervention area.
