This tender is intended to execute the work according to the project consisting of the repair of sidewalks, and other public spaces, in order to improve the pedestrian circulation in the low passage level of Iquique street, between the streets San Francisco de Borja and Calle Exhibition.Commune of Central Station. Whose intervention surface corresponds to approximate 1200 m2. These works must be executed in accordance with the architectural project of "Improvement of low level Iquique Street in Historic District Polygon, Central Station" within the polygon calledHistoric center within the framework of the neighborhood revitalization program and emblematic patrimonial infrastructure prbipe.Contractor, which in turn must be approved by the Subdirectorate of Pavement and Road Works of Serviu RM. Therefore, the Contractor must execute the work according to said project, which must be based on the favorable Serviu report no 72936, terms of reference and plansof architecture delivered in the tender.
