Products or services: Construction of civil works The purpose of this tender is to improve deficiencies in infrastructure such as furniture, walls and lighting in poor condition that do not allow quality health to be provided, thus violating the NO Law. 19,966 GES regime that guarantees care for chronic and acute respiratory pathologies, defining the times and quality of care. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public tender in accordance with the authority established article 61 of Law NO19,880; which establishes that “Administrative acts may be revoked by the body that issued them”; faculty that is materialized in the information system www.mercadopublico.cl, through the application “revoke tender”, which allows, while a tender has not been awarded, to carry out said power through a well-founded resolution, based on reasons of merit, convenience or opportunity.
