- Products or services: Construction of civil works The Municipality of Providencia requires contracting the works for the “IMPROVEMENT COMMERCIAL PLATE OF THE PROVIDENCIA NEIGHBORHOOD UNIT, PROVIDENCIA COMMUNE”. This project is part of the development of the Program of Neighborhood Revitalization and Emblematic Heritage Infrastructure (PRBIPE) of the Undersecretary of Regional Development (SUBDERE), executed in the commune of Providencia. The purpose of the project is to improve living conditions, accessibility of the central area of the commercial sign of the Providencia Neighborhood Unit (UVP), and encourage its activation and appropriation by residents, users and tenants. The proposed design considers the incorporation of a greater surface of green areas with sustainable landscaping, replacement of pavements and waterproofing of the existing slab; the incorporation of furniture and shades that provide shade to this space.
