Description:
The Municipality of Providencia requires hiring the works for the "Improvement Commercial Plate Neighborhood Unit Providencia, commune of Providencia". This project is part of the development of the neighborhood revitalization program and emblematic patrimonial infrastructure (PRBIPE) of the Undersecretariat of Regional Development (Subdere), executed in the commune of Providencia.The project aims to improve the habitability conditions, accessibility of the central area of the commercial plate of the Providencia neighborhood unit (UVP), and encourage its activation and appropriation by the residents, users and tenants. The proposed design considers the incorporation of a greater surface of green areas with sustainable landscaping, the replacement of pavements and the waterproofing of the existing slab; the incorporation of furniture and shaders that allow shade to this space.
