These bidding bases are formulated to establish the regulation of the process of acquiring "support service in complex images and procedures of the breast for the La Florida hospital", and regulate among other aspects the conditions that the offers must meet, the stages of the bidding process, its form of evaluation and adjudication, the conditions of the contract, and all the aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process.
