The general objective of this public tender called "Process of update of validity of holders of water use rights affected by paying patent for non -use of the waters", is to determine the current holders of water use rights -d.A.A.-,,, Singularized in 252 numerals of the Araucania Region, which are currently without updated information regarding the registration in the Water Property Registry of the respective Real Estate Conservative, through the direct inquiry of their respective inscriptions in water -owned records in the respective real estate conservatives. Who is awarded the contract will have a simple copy of the resolution that constituted the right of respective or certificate of the Public Water Registry. Additionally, the address General of Aguas will issue an ordinary addressed to real estate conservatives, where the contract by the winning contractor of this tender will be specified.
