- The present public tender for multiple award required by the National Training and Employment Service, hereinafter SENCE, aims to hire one or more technical training organizations in order to execute training actions in e-learning mode Two product lines namely: NO1 product line: Digital skills of product NO2: Competencies for employment These initiatives are framed in the Program Training Scholarships for Beneficiaries of the Solidarity Tirelessness Fund, which aims to facilitate labor reintegration of the unemployed people who are receiving benefits from the Fund of Solidarity Ussiness, in accordance with the provisions of Decree NO46 of 2015 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, which approves the Regulation of Article 28 of Law No. 19,728 that establishes insurance of Unemployment and have a low employability index. The lines of products indicated above must be implemented through training routes that have at least 100 hours for each and in 100% asynchronous mode, and must promote the development of competencies and capacities that allow users to improve their performance in the workplace, delivering certification at the end of the formative process.
