Description: IT IS PROPOSED TO REPLACE AN INTERVENTION SURFACE OF 54.04M2, WHICH COMES TO REPLACE THE EXISTING CONSTRUCTION, ON THE SAME LAND, AND WHICH IS IN AN ADVANCED STATE OF DETERIORATION; IT WILL BE LOCATED IN PASAJE LA UNION NO 1547, SECTOR CERRO CHACABUCO, OF THE COMMUNE OF CONCEPCION. AS INDICATED IN THE SITE PLAN WHICH IS PART OF THE ARCHITECTURE PROJECT. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEADQUARTERS IS DESIGNED BASED ON A WOODEN STRUCTURE, WITH A CORRIDOR FOUNDATION AND CONCRETE RADIER. IT ALSO CONTEMPLATES A DIVISION WALL IN BASSEMBLY REINFORCED MASONRY AND AS PREVIOUS FIELD WORK, THE CONDITION AND INTEGRITY OF THE CURRENT RETAINING WALL MUST BE VERIFIED.
