Description: Considering the national and regional scenario generated by the current pandemic by SARS-COV-2, it becomes essential to have technological and network resources that allow us to give continuity to care, facilitating access of the users, ensuring quality benefits and safeguarding the safety of the same avoiding unnecessary exposure. Standing into account the relevance of the work entrusted with respect to the containment of the assistance demand and the current network gaps in the municipal primary care of the Commune of Antofagasta, it is necessary that the Ministry Network is necessary to comply with the conditions and optimal for operation in those sectors where the Ministry Network is not available, for the good use of the information system platform arranged by the Antofagasta health service for the benefit of the population, which is served in these establishments.
