The purpose of this tender is to make a public call, summoning interested parties so that, subject to the established bases, they present proposals for the Agency to contract the "Production service to carry out second technological tour of green hydrogen." The tender will be governed by the provisions of these bases, which establish the purposes, conditions, requirements and functionalities that must be covered by the goods and services subject to it, and also as pertinent and when is applicable, by the provisions of Law NO19,886, of Bases of Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services and its respective modifications, and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree NO661 of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance, which contains the instructions and conditions of operation of the Chilecompra portal, www.mercadopublico.cl to the extent that they are in force at the time of contracting.
