The project contemplates the intervention and comprehensive recovery of an area of 4,027.63 m2 corresponding to the green areas located on Luis Cruz Martinez Street. The initiative includes the improvement of existing pavement surfaces, through the rehabilitation of pigmented concrete paving stones and palmettes, as well as the expansion of paved areas in recovered sectors. Likewise, the incorporation of rubber surfaces in children's play areas is planned, in order to increase the safety and accessibility of the space. HE will carry out the replacement of luminaires, adjusting to current regulations and current energy efficiency technologies. The project also considers the complete replacement of green areas, using hydroseeding techniques to promote sustainability and improve the quality of the environment. In addition, the recovery of existing street furniture and the installation of new elements when necessary is contemplated, with the aim of creating a functional, inclusive public space suitable for the enjoyment of the entire community. community.
