1.- Object of the Bases These Bidding Bases are formulated to establish the regulation of the process of acquiring "glycemia tapes for hospitalized patients with comodato equipment for the Florida hospital", and regulate among other aspects the conditions they must meet The offers, the stages of the bidding process, their form of evaluation and adjudication, the conditions of the contracts, and all the aspects necessary for the correct acquisition process. You must keep in mind that all the supplies provided must be new and unused, all of the above must adjust to the specifications of these bases. The amounts of the products requested in this tender are referential and estimated, so they can decrease or increase according to the needs, contingency, stocks and financial resources of the La Florida hospital. The supplier offers different supplies to those established in these bidding bases or accessories or extras not contemplated in the technical requirements, all the extra offered, will not be considered in the evaluation. With everything, without prejudice to the above, any extra offered, not required by the hospital, and that it cannot be technically or economically separated from the good to acquire, it will be understood, that it does not comply with the requested and will give cause to be declared inadmissible the offer.
