Name of the tender: General Maintenance of Central Heating and Air Conditioning Systems for the National Board of Kindergartens Region of Bio Bio
Description: The maintenance of boilers and air conditioning in general allow to carry out the control, operation and proper functioning of the tgarden temperature according to the type of existing heating system, whose location is described in Annex NO11-K of this call. The service to be provided by the bidder is required to cover the provinces of Biobio, Arauco and Concepcion, with coverage , for the totality of j1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997kindergartens of the national board of kindergartens, Biobio region, and other educational units may be added and/or decreased. Likewise, with the same technical characteristics, the required service must be provided in the offices that make up the JUNJI Biobio regional office, oficiProvincial offices and warehouses, being able to add and/or reduce new dependencies. The bidder must contemplate in his offer a base team made up of 3 crews, which will be made up of a minimum of two stable people (teacher and assistant), who must be assigned one for each1edf014045db26d31a02a5bbb8891997Province. In addition to the above, an emergency care crew should be considered.
