- Since it is necessary to condition the applied chemistry laboratory located on the fourth floor of the M5 building of the Nunoa Campus, in accordance with the standards required by the University and the students, the following project is presented: this project contemplates, among its main games, the implementationof a gas extraction system, designed to improve the safety and efficiency of the chemical tests that are performed in the laboratory, thus remeding the lack of existing ventilation. In addition, the installation of air conditioning equipment is included, in order to provide theThermal comfort necessary for the activities carried out in the enclosure, in accordance with the laboratory room temperature requirements. Finally, it is considered the withdrawal and subsequent installation of American vinyl sky and the execution of the specialty projectElectric. All the endings specified in this project meet the standards established by the Metropolitan Technological University (UTEM), ensuring both aesthetic and functional harmony with the existing infrastructure in the different university campuses
