Description: FIRST: That the Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute belongs to the Network of Public Health Establishments and that since 2010 it has held the quality of a Self-Managed Network Establishment, which implies a greater comd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28technical and management complexity regarding the procedures that are developed in this institution; SECOND: That the Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Institute of Neurosurgery has also been established as a public institution of national reference of excellence in the treatment of neurosurgical pathologiesof high complexity; THIRD: That taking into account what was stated in the preceding paragraph, it is required to have the continuous provision of printed forms, for a period of 24 months; FOURTH: That it is appropriate to ensure transparency in this process and know the prevailing offer conditions in itmarket under the modality of public bidding in the public purchasing and contracting system established in Law NO 19,886 and its Regulations; FIFTH: That it has been estimated that the total amount of the contract will not exceed the sum of 1,500 UTM as the total expense of the contract; SIXTH: That, to tryIf goods or services of simple and objective specification, the circumstances indicated in article 25 of Decree 250 of the Ministry of Finance that establishes the Regulation of Law NO 19,886 occur, therefore, this Tender will be published on the portal www.mercadopub ...d0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28
