- The Magallanes Clinical Hospital requires to hire food service (lunches) for its officials provision and contract, fees of Law 18.834, 19,664 and Law 15.076 from Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. The service consists in the elaboration of lunchFor hospital officials instead of the production of the offeror, which must be carried out under all the sanitary conditions required and under acceptable organoleptic conditions. Subsequently, it must be transported in adequate sanitary conditions to the hospital casino to be able to bedelivered to officials in two modalities such as: dish served in casino and withdrawal of the casino in disposable containers and with previously agreed minutes with a technical reference of the Nutrition and Food Unit.
