Description: The project consists of changing the pavement in the offices of the University's School of Architecture. It begins with the removal of existing elements, such as moving furniture to a storage area.or for its preservation, followed by the removal of the existing floor covering and dust covers. Once the area is cleared, a new vinyl floor covering will be installed. This process will require prior leveling of the existing slab to ensure a homogeneous and suitable surface.a for installation. Special attention will be paid to the technical details, ensuring precision in the work and the correct application of the adhesive mortar to guarantee optimal adhesion of the new coating. The project will be carried out in strict accordance with safety regulations.ity, trying to interfere as little as possible with the daily activities of the office. All terminations in general presented in the following technical specifications comply with the University standard, implemented part of the UTEM University infrastructure, with the purposeto maintain a consistent line both aesthetically and functionally in the different campuses.
