Description:
This tender corresponds to the hiring of an audit in order to review and diagnose the administrative, financial and accounting situation of the Corporation. The foregoing in order to obtain an objective, independent and founded opinion on the degree of reasonability In the compliance and attachment of the current legal and regulatory provisions, and, on this basis, to comment on the legality, fidelity and authenticity of the documentary backups that support the economic facts and transactions of the period above, taking into account the correct use of resources and the demand for the management and financial administration of the Corporation. The proponents must offer the service, in national currency, the total global value of the service, and all expenses to carry out the entrusted service will be understood as incorporated. The Proposal will be a raised sum without readjustment or interest, taxes included. The amount of the contract must include: materials, taxes, notarial rights, general expenses and utilities, as appropriate. In general, the value of the offer must consider all the expenses involved in fulfilling the contract whether direct, indirect or because of it, until the final liquidation, especially considering that the contract is a raised sum, in such a way that if the supply of the supply of goods must be executed any item or departure not included in the itemized delivered by the Corporac...
