- Products or services: Air conditioning repair, maintenance or repair services The purpose of this bidding process is to contract the comprehensive maintenance, acquisition and installation service of the air conditioning system for the Francisco Sánchez Rumoroso Municipal Stadium. This initiative seeks to modernize the current infrastructure due to the lack of spare parts and operational failures of existing equipment, in order to guarantee optimal standards of thermal comfort, efficiency energy and environmental sustainability. The final purpose is to ensure continuous and reliable operation of the system during the development of sporting events and massive activities at the venue. It is expressly stated that the bidders must offer all the products and services required. Failure to comply with this provision will entitle the municipality to declare said offers inadmissible. The Municipality of Coquimbo reserves the right to revoke the public tender in accordance to the power established in article 61 of Law NO19,880; which establishes that “Administrative acts may be revoked by the body that issued them”; faculty that is materialized in the information system www.mercadopublico.cl, through the “revoke tender” application, which allows, while a tender has not been awarded, to carry out said power through a well-founded resolution, based on reasons of merit, convenience or opposition...
