Description:
Name of the tender: Extension of P P Munoz La Higuera School Rooms
Description: The Tender in general terms considers the construction of three rooms with a total of 54.6 m2. All masonry will be executed in princess-type bricks confined between concrete elements.reinforced structure, pillar and metal beam, according to project sheets. The exterior face of the masonry will be visible following the existing image and the interior will be stuccoed. The roofs will be made of PV-4 steel sheets, identical to those existing at the school. It will be the responsibility of the awarded contractoratary verify by structural calculation what is indicated in sheets and EETT for reinforcements and dimensions and dosage of concrete elements, metal elements and roof structure. You must submit the calculation with a report before starting the work. The new construction must be maintainedr the building lines and architecture of the existing building in the school, taking care of parapet levels, lintels, heights and construction lines.
