The objective of the contract is to produce and execute the activities necessary to carry out the opening ceremony and the comprehensive development of the ExpoCoop Fair, a marketing instance without direct subsidy, aimed at cooperatives. regional users or non-users of Sercotec and other public or private institutions in the Los Lagos Region. The execution of the service must contemplate logistical qualification, technical production, dissemination actions and operational coordination to guarantee a high-standard experience. for participating cooperatives, authorities and the general public, promoting the visibility, sale and strengthening of the regional cooperative model. The Fair will be held in the Los Lagos Region on the following reference dates: December 5, 6 and 7 or 19, 20 and 21, 2025 or as determined by Sercotec in coordination with the awarded team. At least 30 selected cooperatives must participate. If there are fewer exhibitors, this budget can be allocated to another activity of the service. The activities will take place in one place define.
