- Products or services: Event production The objective of this tender is to contract the technical and artistic production of the “Community Anniversary Event, November 22, 2025”. Effect for which the offeror must consider in your proposal the elements specified and detailed below. Likewise, the offeror must consider in its costs all those materials and inputs and creative contribution, as appropriate. The services and activities for this Event anniversary of the commune, to be carried out by the awarded production company, will be done in coordination with the technical unit of the Event and will have the following characteristics: • Creative contribution: What is requested in these bases is only a minimum base for this tender, so other ideas contributed by the production company will be valued in order to carry out a high-quality event that ensures the concentration of the public. All actions to be carried out must have prior V°B° from the technical unit. • Coordination: Department of culture and heritage in conjunction with the Municipal Administration, Technical Inspector of the activity, will carry out all the technical coordination actions necessary to successfully complete the production, with all those instances that are they deem relevant.
