Currently the boilers of the municipal units are in operation, which is why a maintenance (preventive and reparative several) is required to leave them in optimal conditions for their safe and efficient operation. The terms of reference, planes and items are presented In the budget, which will be applicable to the maintenance and repair work of the boilers located in different municipal units, and in this tender it will be awarded by line for the best economic technical offer. a) Boiler maintenance Headquarters. There is a boiler of Hot water heating. Located in underground of municipal units in O'Higgins street no525, Concepcionb) maintenance thermal central Ester Roa Rebolledo Stadium. (9 boilers), located at Av. Collao No 481, Concepcion. In this stadium there are 3 boiler rooms, which inside Each one has the following; • 3 LCA trotter boilers, HM 120 TC model, of the condensation type, 120 kW of thermal power. • 3 ACV trotter accumulators, Jumbo 1,000. • 3 recirculating pumps of the primary heating circuit. • 2 recirculating pumps of the health secondary circuit. • Ponds of expansion, toilets. • Heating expansion pond. • 3 Thermostatic mixers. • 2 pressure regulators. • Relief valves, pressure regulatory valves and accessories in general.
